Konstantin Bashkirov

Current Activities

Mr. Bashkirov has been appointed flight inspection pilot in the branch «Aerocontrol» FSUE «State ATM Corporation» (Air Navigation Service Provider of Russian Federation) since 2014 year. Flight Inspection Mission in the year 2010, following 13 years was engaged as a navigator-instructor for Flight Inspections and systems. Supervised calibration flights in airport of Russia, Europe and CIS as well as crew training for that.

His current activities range is Chief Pilot for the branch «Aerocontrol» besides, the pilot BE350 from normal flight duties during calibration flights. The first Flight Inspection provider supports by Germany equipment AD-AFIS-112 for calibration flights, manufactured by Aerodata AG for Russian market. Mr. Bashkirov constantly supports Flight Safety International learning Center in the field of flight simulation and validation procedure (audit) as well as others learning center outside the Russian Federation.

Recent Projects

Mr. Bashkirov has been deeply involved to Flight Inspection operations manual and participated in the preparation training program for the pilots and navigators for conducting the Flight Inspection flights. He also has been involved in a major documents review and procedure optimization, relevant to the branch «Aerocontrol» manuals.

Professional Flight Licenses and Ratings

Mr. Bashkirov holds EASA CPL with ATPL theory credit and Russian CPL, instructor ratings.

He has amassed more than 9000 flight hours, with more than 7500 hours on Flight Inspection Missions.

Professional Training Background

Mr. Bashkirov Graduated Aktubinsk Flight School of Civil Aviation in 1996 with degree Engineer – Navigator and continued education in Oxford Aviation Academy in 2010 year – pilot theoretical training as required JAR-FCL (EASA). In 2015 year, he successfully completed Flight Validation pilot training course at Air Navigation Institute in Switzerland.
